TRANSACTION COORDINATOR

Are you a people person and very organized? As a TC you will handle all necessary documents, scheduling, and coordinate all the parties associated with pending real estate transactions. You will establish escrow accounts and communicate directly with the escrow team, lenders, buyers and/or sellers, co-brokers, and Luxe Haus sales agents & client concierge.

CLIENT CONCIERGE

A client concierge works directly with the sales agents to help manage property showings. This role includes but is not limited to, scheduling property tours with assigned buyers, attending home inspections, and final walk-throughs. On the listing side, the client concierge will be responsible for installing lock boxes, yard signs, coordinating stagers, etc.

INSIDE SALES ASSOCIATE

Are you a conversationalist? If you enjoy talking to people then the ISA position may be right for you!

The main role of an ISA is to prospect for new clients on a daily basis from various lead sources and convert these leads into appointments for sales agents. The ISA is confident, organized, systematic, detailed-oriented, and a high achiever with excellent organizational & time management skills.
