ELITE AGENT CULTURAL AWARD

 

If you're reaching Elite Agent status, we believe you have something to give back to your community. If you're this level of producer, we believe you can share and teach other agents how to do what you do. If you agree to teach 1x per month in our Real Academy, we'll give you an additional $8,000 in company-restricted stock units (RSUs) on a 3-year vesting schedule.

ATTRACTING STOCK AWARD

 

We encourage Real agents to bring other top producers to the organization. When you attract someone to the company, and that person closes their first qualified deal, you get rewarded with 75 units of company-restricted stock.

REVENUE SHARE

 

Other brokerages have their own version of revenue share, but individual agents don't always benefit. Real determined we could do it better by being honorable to every agent that joins our company. At Real, we built our highest payout into the initial tier, so that if you're working with other agents who you think are strong producers, you're motivated to bring them on board.

Real Title's Joint Venture (JV) provides Real agents with an opportunity to invest in the Real Title business and earn profit-sharing income as the business grows.

STANDARD TEAM
Within this structure, there is a minimum production requirement of $5M in closed volume over the last 12 months. In addition, both the team leader and team members must have signed team agreements on file with Real with the commission breakouts for each team member clearly defined. 
 
DOMESTIC TEAM 
A domestic team is a domestic couple or related family member sharing a single cap. You will share a single revenue share & equity position one 1099, one reZEN account, and one Chime account if you choose to opt in. The max number of people who can be on a domestic team is two. 
 
MARKETING GROUP
A marketing group is a group of one or more agents who are working together under the same marketing name, but everyone is on a full $12,000 cap. The group may be sharing a marketing name, and they may refer transactions to each other within the group, but they have no formal team agreement, and they are not subject to the minimum production. Everyone has their own revenue share position.
